Rock and Roll Hall of Fame | Cleveland,USA

Rock is old, liberalism is in disarray, but the beat goes on.
Echo of the energy of rock and roll by I. M. Pei,
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was built to memories the well-known artist, engineer and people who have contribute to the development of Rock Music. The museum was designed to have 7 floors which include 4 main theater.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation was established on 20th April 1983 with the aim to improve rock music industry. The location of the museum was later decided to be the shores of Lake Erie, Cleveland.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum is the world's first museum that dedicated to the living heritage of rock and roll museum. During the daytime, The museum seem to be like a white yatch. It turn out to be a shining pyramid diamond on the lake Erie when the night come.

The building was designed by Architect I.M.Pei with the intention of having the simple Pyramid form and act as a striking-state-of-the-art facility rises above the shores of Lake Erie. The dynamic cantilevered spaces with the bold geometric form are anchored by a 162 foot height tower.

Not fully pyramidal, the facade is described by Mr. Pei as a "tent," though the slope, the shape and the truss-supported glass inevitably bring to mind Mr. Pei's crystalline entrance to the Louvre.
Sunlight enter the building creative different tones of shades and shadow. This then created a rhythmical spaces underneath the light which enable different program and activities to happen.

The highest floor of this Pyramid-shaped building is the Hall of Frame where the famous and renowned contributor of rock and roll music located. The entire building design successfully capture the main intention of architect I.M.Pei "It was my intention to echo the energy of rock and roll."

The tent is moored at the top to the square six-story tower, made of concrete sheathed with white metal panels. Two cantilevered wings, also sheathed in white metal, project from either side of the tower. One wing, a drum wrapped by a spiral, sits atop a tall, slender column, an allusion, perhaps, to a stack of 45's revolving on a record spindle. The other, a trapezoidal box, flares outward like a speaker or a frozen blast of sound.

Inside the entrance, the architect puts on a show of pure vintage Pei: a soaring, open space, a transcendent greenhouse, it is punctuated but not terminated by the metal trusses; the glass expands the interior to take in the sky. Inside the building, You can witness " the evolution and development of rock music had a significant impact ," the male and female musicians, producers and other music industry have a significant impact on people 's life and history.

In the absence of digital audio and video technology , 1960s and 1970s , radio lets rock spread to millions of households , radio is also a large number of achievements of the rock singer . As modern digital technology mercilessly let Kodak and Fuji color film industry with the film and camera into the grave together , as there is a two-story pavilion ten minutes video clip show details of modern video technology is how to make the year by Radio fame not a rock star overnight market , lost their jobs . Rock Hall of Fame Museum 's three, four and five as well as celebrities such as rock annually elected and how special special exhibition events constantly changing and so on.

After the completion of the museum , this Cleveland , Ohio, museums and research institutions , as its name implies , is committed to record some of the best known and most influential rock artists Dian producers and others have a significant impact on the music industry figures History.

The Hall of Fame proper is an anticlimax. Lodged at the top of the white tower and approached by a dizzying double-spiral stair, the hall is a large black box lined with glass on which the signatures of inducted rock stars have been inscribed. The names glow in the dark, as do video monitors that show the stars' pictures. The space is starkly dramatic yet lugubrious : a high-tech version of the autographed pavement at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
