2012 July i took part in the Nippon Paint Young Designer Award

I lose, but I learn something,

2013 July i took part in the Nippon Paint Young Designer Award again,

due to the time constraint i only manage to use 2 days to recompose and upgrade my design,

2013 2nd November, I get shortlisted become 12 out of 400 participants around Malaysia in architecture category,
Out of no where i feel shocked and touched, I get the chance to present my project

Helio Health Center to the judges! this was my first time get the change to win an award for myself throughout 4 years of architecture study!

it is such a great pleasure for myself to take part in this competition by using my final semester design and eventually I won the prices.

Honorary Mention  & Green Innovation Award!

not to mention about the prizes i get but the experience i earn is countless.

The most important thing that i get is the chance that i can present to my real and proposed client

the BERJAYA LAND BERHAD!
Mr.Lim who is the executive maneger of Berjaya Land Berhad eventually come to the event hall and 

to look for my design since my project proposed client is Berjaya Land Berhad.
It is such a honour to present to him and I definitely learn something new.

The point of view of client is so much different from our lecturer and the architect where I 

learn to give and take.
It is a wonderful experience for me as this is my first time to actually present to my client and socialise with them.

Here i want to thanks Nippon Paint for giving me the opportunity to present to Mr Lim and others professional. I want to thanks Mr Lim as well to taking his time to come to here to listen to my presentation.
